I first began to write and create Story Of Stargirl at the beginning of 2013, when the life I had been clinging to splintered and fell apart, and I found myself on this sacred journey.  As a budding interfaith minister, long-time bodyworker, trained counsellor, certified life coach, natural born healer, prayer warrior, spiritual practitioner, and initiated shamanka, I have always had an impetus to help and inspire others with my own gifts and wisdom.  

This journey has had the most unexpected twists and turns, full on plot twists, and the thing I have found most helpful in navigating it, is to frame it within the sights of my own creative mythology. It is deeply healing to weave together the events, patterns and circumstances of your life and create your own mythology, to take control of the narrative, and play with the archetypes that shape the story.  

I have lived this way since my life first fell apart in 2013, and it has truly been an incredible journey.  It has not has not been easy, but journeys rarely are.  And from it, I offer this fresh and new way of coaching as a potent and inspiring modality. My own sacred journey, framed within my own creative mythology, is the basis of Story Of Stargirl, and I hope that it helps others on a similar journey to navigate it in this way.  Stargirl is the bravest, most courageous part of me, and she's been with me through it all, the whole sacred way.

I am also the creator of Hera's Way, offerings from the initiatory goddess journey to the Underworld, and I hope to support other women as they journey inward as well as outward, in that way.
